* To secure your order , 50% of non refundable deposit is required to block the date you are looking for.
* Remaining balance will have to be paid before picking up the cake .
* Full payment will be required for any last minute order.
* Please note that we cannot exactly copy another persons design but can closely match it with some personal touches.
* Once the deposit is made , no last minute changes can be taken on the cake design ,cake flavor and any additional topper on the cake.
* We do deliver cakes but with a fee depending on the distance and the time constraint .
* We emphasize on quality than quantity, so we need 4 days notice for simple cakes and atleast 10 days notice for customized cakes.
Cancellation policy:
* The deposit is a non refundable amount. It can be moved to another date if the order gets canceled before 72 hours. After that, the order cannot be canceled as we will start working on the cake and the deposit cannot be moved or refunded.
